This popular blend combines the plump, fruity, earlier ageing Merlot grape with the robust Cabernet Sauvignon grape for a powerful match.

Sweet and rich, almost syrupy in texture with rose and salmon tints, Cabernet Franc Icewine entices with irresistible aromas and flavors: ripe currants, spice notes, tart rhubard, honey, strawberry, and cranberry. Icewine shows off its best when chilled, but not cold. The ideal serving temperature is 50-54 F (10-12 C).

Easy drinking, bright and fruity ‘nouveau style’ wine shows the bright cherry flavours and aromas of the Gamay grape. Typically consumed young and served slightly chilled. It can be enjoyed on any occasion.

The lively golden hue reveals a combination of floral notes and apple crispness with perfumed headiness of lychee, rose petals, and hints of passion fruit. The long finish and medium body makes a great off-dry wine for sipping. Excellent with Asian cuisine, soft cheeses, oily fish and especially smoked salmon.
